Rosie Jane played companion Bill Potts’ mother in the tenth series of Doctor Who. Before this, she made her Doctor Who debut as a member of the High Council in 2013’s 50th Anniversary special The Day of the Doctor.We are welcoming Rosie to Chicago TARDIS for the first time.
